FAQS
Picture Order: Use post-it notes and mark the back of your images to indicate the order you would like them presented. If you submit digital images on a disc, number them, starting with "001" for the first file, "002" for the second file, and so on. If you do not indicate a specific order, they will be assembled randomly.
Image Editing: We can adjust your images to enhance your final video. This includes lightening/darkening, transform color images into black-and-white, and red-eye reduction.
DVD Format: Your final video DVD will be playable on any commercial DVD player or computer with a DVD drive.
Turnaround Time: Once we receive your images and music selections, we will mail your video slideshow and original media back to you within 10 business days. For an additional fee, slideshows can be expedited and shipped within 72 hours of receiving your original media.
